Wang Fan Consulting is a Norway-based consultancy founded to solve a specific problem: Norwegian seafood companies need to comply with Chinese import regulations, but the systems are in Chinese, the rules change constantly, and there is no one in Norway who combines native Mandarin fluency with regulatory compliance expertise.
We fill that gap.
Our founder, Wang Fan (王帆), brings a unique combination of Chinese regulatory compliance experience, professional Mandarin language skills, and a deep understanding of cross-border business processes. Based in Norway, she works directly with Norwegian exporters to handle all aspects of their Chinese market compliance.
